The Faculty trains the students in the following specializations:
- Economy of Enterprises;
- Management of Organizations (specialization: Management of State Bodies, Management of Production Facilities);
- Economic Theory.

Duration of the Bachelor’s Program
Full time and part time – 4 years, correspondence program – 4 years and 2 months.

The students are offered the following Master’s Programs:
Specialization “Economy of Enterprises” - Investment Management, Management of Enterprises, Project Management and Consulting, Strategic Management.

Specialization “Management of Business Organizations”, specialization “Regulation of State Bodies” - State Regulation of Economy, specialization “Regulation of Manufacturing Enterprises” - Management of Small Business, and Corporate Management

Duration of the Master’s Program:
Full time and part time – 1 year, correspondence program– 1 year and 2 months.

The Faculty of Economic Planning started one of the best educational traditions, which is respected and kept nowadays; to train the scientists of the highest qualification from its graduates. The first doctors of economic sciences were the former students of the Faculty O.Bilorus, A.Savchenko, and S.Pokropyvnyy. The best graduates of the Faculty were offered jobs of teachers just after the graduation from the university. The first of them were A.Pavlenko, V.Kolot, V.Totskiy, V.Saharov, V.Say, O.Tsurul, M.Koval, and M.Aleksandrov.

Nowadays most of the teaching staff of the Faculty are its former graduates and yearly, young specialists compete for the right to return to the classrooms but now as teachers.
The Faculty of Economics and Management is one of the leading Faculties at the university. More than 3500 students study at the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs of the Faculty full time and part time.

The system of training at the Faculty is characterized by
- in-depth preparation of students in modern economic science. It is ensured by the cooperation of departments of the university teaching economic theory, theory of strategies and theory of management;
- innovative analytical teaching environment that forms the basis for the creative thinking of students;
- constant renewal of contents of teaching disciplines, which, on the one hand, reflects the changes in modern business and, on the other hand, forms business culture;
- the possibility to specialize, which is ensured by 7 pioneer master’s programs.

Specialists with the degree in economics and management can be employed as economists, managers of different business organizations, state bodies, enterprises, corporations, and as advisors for economic questions, and top-managers. Fundamental economic education with a broad perspective combined with professional specialization gives the graduates a considerable advantage within the labour market.
