• developing propositions regarding the improvement of the structure of specialists’ training (Bachelor’s Programs, Master’s Programs of all specialties and forms of education);
• overseeing career-guidance programs for the university entrants, training the university entrants, and organizing of the Department of Admission;
• preparing annual reports on the work of the university and controlling of their trustworthiness;

- computerizing the University activities;
- introducing training and distant technologies in the education process;
- developing programs of specialist’s and master’s training by the Academic Commission of Economic Education of the Ministry of Education and Science in Ukraine;
- developing and coordinating instruction and scientific research of the specialists’ retraining programs.

- presiding over the Specialized Council on Licensing and Accreditation of Institutes of Higher Education – direction “Economy and Entrepreneurship” of the Ministry of Education in Ukraine;

- preparing the proposition to the Ministry of Education in Ukraine, the State Accreditation Commission of Ukraine, the Institute of Contents and Methods Teaching and overseeing the propositions’ realization.

- coordinating the work of technical services, tender committee, service staff;
- ensuring proper use of university transportation;
- controlling the observance of safe regulation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
- regulating legal matters of the university

- organizing the work and the realization of the Academic Council’s decisions;
- announcing vacancies and conducting competitions among the teaching staff;
- regulating and preparing all the documents to be considered by the Academic Council;
- preparing extracts from the minutes of the Academic Council, providing recommendations;
- on staff’s admittance to the Doctoral and Postdoctoral Programs, appointing of the Heads of Departments and Deans;
- preparing recommendations for the publication of manuscripts, text-books and monographs.
