The Health Center of KNEU established in 1968 as a night medical center offers professional medical services. During its work the Center received the first level of accreditation and was granted the license of the Ministry of Health Care for medical practice.

The medical, material and technical base of the Health Center has improved significantly since 1991: the university has acquired new equipment, new furniture, has reconstructed the nutrition unit and hydropathical establishment; the Center has opened 6 consulting rooms, new diagnostic rooms (EKG, computer spirograms, ultrasonic scanning). All these made the treatment and rehabilitation of students more comfortable.

The Health Center incorporates:Diagnostic rooms:
- a cardiogram room;
- a ultrasound room of evaluation of digestion and urogenital system;
- a computer spirogram room (check up of organs of respiration);
- a physiotherapy room (electrophoresis, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane and so on);
- a phototherapy room for treatment of organs of respiration and skin;
- an acupuncture room (by the method of Nakatani);
- a massage room (manual therapy, punctuated massage);
- a treatment room (injections);
- a magnet and laser therapy room (infrared rays, red radiation, magnet and laser radiation);
- an inhilation therapy room (oil, herbs inhalations, inhalations with  mineral water and vitamins);

In 2006 the Health Center opened a hydropathic deparment where students can undergo a course of treatment: underwater massage in Jacuzzi, baths with flavoring agents, baths with sea salt, medical baths, Sharko shower.
